Cloudy skies and a bit of rain couldn’t stop us from getting some amazing photos from Jill and TJs wedding.

I loved how they included a lot of little details to pay honor to their families – everything from a bagpiper to Jill’s grandmother’s rosary wrapped around the bouquet.  I also loved Jill’s father and how expressive his face was throughout the day.  You could really tell this was his little girl getting married and he couldn’t have been prouder.

After group photos in Forest Park we headed over to Atomic Cowboy for a quick drink and an awesome photo of the guys.  TJ had said he wanted a photo of the guys sitting around enjoying a drink together.  Atomic Cowboy has some great furniture, atmosphere and lighting that make for some pretty spectacular photos.

The reception was at Windows on Washington on my favorite floor (the eighth) We ended the night with a few photos by the glass flowers in the lobby of the building.

Jill and TJ – Thank you so very much for hiring us to be your wedding photographers.  You had a very special wedding and we hope the photos do it justice.

We were really excited about being Kelly and Marc’s wedding photographers after we got back from photographing their engagement session in Austin, Texas last January.  We knew they would be a lot of fun and give us plenty of opportunities for amazing photos.

The getting ready photos at the Renaissance Hotel were gorgeous, followed by a very beautiful and intimate ceremony at The Old Cathedral.  We took them out for photos in Forrest Park and walked the streets of Downtown St. Louis before heading over to Windows on Washington for the reception.
